Page 12 - July, 1913, and shall remain in force for an indefinite period or until the expiration of one year from the day when it shall be denounced by any of the contracting parties. Such denunciation shall affect only the government in whose name it shall have been made. As regards the other contracting Powers, the convention shall remain in force. ARTICLE 23 The present convention shall be ratified and the ratifications exchanged at London with the least possible delay.
